Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Celanese is seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a full-time remote position that requires a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the call center - Train and onboard new employees, providing ongoing coaching and support as needed - Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and procedures - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve call center operations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred - Proven experience managing a call center team, preferably in a remote work setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on people management and decision-making - Independent and reliable work ethic - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
