Job Description:
Aflac is seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Call Center Manager with at least 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of call center representatives to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of remote call center representatives to meet and exceed performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor and evaluate call center performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. 4. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Handle escalated customer calls and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 6. Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, feedback, and training. 7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for customers. 8. Implement best practices and processes to streamline call center operations. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 10. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. At least 5 years of experience in a call center management role. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software. 7. Resilient and adaptable to changing environments. 8. Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus. 9.
