Chat Support Manager - Remote Work at Liberty Interactive
Liberty Interactive is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Manager to join our team remotely in Abu Dhabi. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in chat support management, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor chat support operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer experience and drive business results - Analyze chat support performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve service delivery - Collaborate with other departments to optimize cross-functional processes and enhance overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in chat support management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Proven experience in chat support management, preferably in a remote work setting - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in chat support tools and technology - Teamwork and strategic planning skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
