Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team at Tenet Healthcare. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support specialists who provide assistance to customers through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of chat support specialists, ensuring they are meeting performance metrics and delivering exceptional customer service - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and provide feedback to team members - Train new team members on chat support procedures and best practices - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Analyze chat support data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology


Requirements: - At least 6 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on chat support - Proven experience in managing a team of chat support specialists - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and hardworking with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Attention to detail and ability to innovate solutions - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
