Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for one of our clients who is a leading player in the automobile industry, dedicated to innovating, manufacturing, and delivering high-quality vehicles to customers worldwide. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability.

Responsibilities

· Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts.

· Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

· Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.

· Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets aligned with strategic objectives.

· Track budget performance and variance analysis, implementing corrective actions as needed.

· Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.

· Present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors, explaining financial performance and projections.

· Manage capital allocation and investment decisions, optimizing shareholder value.

· Evaluate financing options and oversee debt and equity transactions and implement strategies to maximize cash flow and liquidity management.

· Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate exposure.

· Establish internal controls and compliance processes to safeguard assets and ensure integrity in financial reporting.

· Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, advising the executive team on potential impacts.

· Provide financial insights and analysis to support long-term strategic planning.

· Participate in strategic initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, assessing financial implications and risks and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

Qualifications and Key Requirements

· CPA/CA/ACCA/MBA or such relevant professional qualifications.

· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

· 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in the automobile industry or a related sector.

· Proven track record of success in financial leadership roles, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.

· Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards common goals.

· Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.

· Proficiency in financial software and tools, including ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
