Client Relations Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Foot Locker is looking for a passionate and reliable Client Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a remote work opportunity for a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and retain client accounts - Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client relations activities and progress - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in client relations to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of at least 8 years in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus
