Nordstrom, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a remote work position ideal for individuals who are independent and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As an Entry Level Client Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide personalized assistance to clients, including product recommendations, order tracking, and resolving any issues they may encounter. 3. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues and improve overall client experience. 5. Assist in developing strategies to enhance client engagement and retention. 6. Collect and analyze feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Passion for fashion and luxury retail. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
