Client Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nordstrom is currently seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our team in Dubai. This is a remote work position, allowing flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat communication channels - Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally - Assist clients with product information, orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek opportunities for improvement - Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Resilient mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Cooperation and teamwork skills to effectively work with colleagues across departments - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and data entry - High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with a college degree - No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position
