Client Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

The Abu Dhabi National Energy Company is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is perfect for someone who is resourceful, passionate, and possesses strong leadership and analytical skills. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions to client needs. - Analyze client data and provide insights to internal stakeholders. - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
