Job Description - Client Support Associate - Remote Work

As a Client Support Associate at Etihad Airways, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and issues for our clients remotely. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat - Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate information is maintained - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service - Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Hardworking and independent personality traits - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Knowledge of airline industry practices and procedures a plus
