Job Description:
Global Partners is seeking a dedicated and independent Client Support Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction through excellent support and service.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored support. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client requests, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products to clients based on their needs. 5. Monitor client accounts, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular reports to assess client satisfaction and overall performance. 6. Lead client meetings, presentations, and trainings to educate clients on new products or services and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 7. Provide guidance and support to junior support staff, overseeing their work and ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, preferably in a remote work setting. 2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach. 5. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients. 6. Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 8. Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus. 9. Certifications in client management or customer service are desirable.
