Job Description:
FMC Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of dedication and strong communication skills as you will be the main point of contact for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Troubleshoot client issues and provide technical support when needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Analyze client data and provide insights for continuous improvement - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Strong people management skills with the ability to work well with diverse clients - Excellent analytical skills to assess and address client needs effectively - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
