Job Description:
Markel is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar client support or customer service position.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. 3. Research and resolve client issues efficiently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better support clients. 8. Assist in training and onboarding new team members as needed. 9. Contribute to team meetings and share valuable insights and feedback.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems. 5. Excellent research and decision-making skills. 6. Passion for providing top-notch customer support. 7. Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
