Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


AGCO is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Support Specialist to join our team in a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall client experience - Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Strong cooperation skills and a proactive attitude - Ability to conduct in-depth research to address client inquiries and issues
