Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Autoliv is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative in a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and online chat inquiries from customers regarding products, services, and general inquiries. 2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically. 4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. 7. People management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 8. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 9. Experience working in a contact center or customer service role is preferred.
