Job Description - Customer Service Assistant

We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Assistant (UAE National) to support our Operations team.

What will be your responsibilities

  • Support in streamlining operations for each real estate project, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes.
  • Support in the correct drafting of Sale-Purchase Agreements (SPA's), Unit Reservation Forms (URF's), Customer Documentations and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Execute compliance with sales processes, communicating new policies, and maintaining adherence to turn-around time requirements.
  • Diligently carry out the documentation process, ensuring all necessary forms, agreements, and buyer details adhere to the required guidelines.
  • Ensuring compliance at the executive level and maintaining accurate and complete documentation for clients.
  • Diligently follow the departmental policies, procedures, and processes, including SLAs and an Authority Matrix, ensuring strict adherence and implementation.
  • Ensure follow up with sales teams to address units that have not made the required down payment or have incomplete documentation and collaborate with the internal team to issue termination notices when necessary.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management, summarizing overall dues, pending deals, cancellations, and post-sales approvals.

What are we looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Data Entry / Administrator / Customer Service role
