Job Description:
INTL FCStone is currently seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team on a remote basis in Dubai. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities: - Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions and provide solutions - Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and making recommendations to management - Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
