Customer Service Officer

Looking for a Customer Service Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Job Key Details: Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective clients inquiring about the products and services offered by the company Manage the company social media platform queries from existing and prospective clients Handle customer relationship and retention Ensure customer satisfaction at all times through follow-ups and providing exceptional services Maintain customer records through updating their accounts and recording client information Settle product or service issues through clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the issues, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem Escalate any major problem to the supervisor if necessary Delivers on daily standards and adhere to service as well as quality standards Perform any other related tasks as may be required   Job Qualifications and Experience: Possess a Degree in a business related course At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position required Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required Must be analytical and a good problem solver Must be presentable Excellent customer service skills required Ability to handle and resolve customer requests as well as queries in a proper way Must be a good communicator Asian or African candidates are required Application Procedure: All qualified candidates are encouraged to upload their recently updated CVs
