Job Description - Customer Service Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Emirates Steel, a leading steel manufacturer based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective communication and problem-solving.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and understanding, striving to exceed expectations. 3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless experience. 5. Provide product information and assistance to customers to support purchasing decisions. 6. Identify trends in customer feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. 8. Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong emotional intelligence to effectively manage challenging situations. 5. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
