Our client is a leading Multinational Forex Trading Company with headquarters in the UAE. They are looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive with a background in sales, banking, or Forex within the fintech industry. Responsibilities Assist clients worldwide through live support
Answer emails, assisting with the opening of client accounts, amending existing accounts, maintaining client records and liaising with appropriate departments
Impeccable telephone etiquette and management
Handle of Back-office queries
Support clients with technical and troubleshooting issues
Deal with complaints of a varying nature promptly and effectively
Provide support and troubleshooting on platforms
Liaise with all departments to resolve issues
Liaise with the compliance officer regarding complaints and approval of accounts
Provide all relevant information to clients regarding documents and materials for opening new accounts RequirementsFluent in English and Chinese-Mandarin.
Knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
Good command of communication skills required
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Proficient in MS office application and computer skills
Knowledge of Financial Market will be considered an advantage
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
