Job Description:
Dollar Tree is seeking a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE on a remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide product and service information to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 5. Handle customer refunds and credits. 6. Assist customers with tracking orders and resolving shipping issues. 7. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction. 8. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 9. Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets. 10. Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with customers. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 6. Motivated and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Strong people management and negotiation skills. 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 9. High school diploma or equivalent required.
