Job Description - Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


Monsanto is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Dubai, AE. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Update customer records and information accurately in the CRM system. 6. Identify and communicate customer trends and feedback to the appropriate departments. 7. Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and reliable individual who is able to work independently in a remote setting. 2. Strong communication skills with a creative approach to problem-solving. 3. Ability to prioritize understanding and empathy in all customer interactions. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
