Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Centene is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Success Associate to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers - Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement - Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation - Develop and deliver personalized training sessions and educational resources for customers - Analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and motivated with a strong customer-centric mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience working in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus
