Customer Success Manager - Remote Work

We are currently seeking a resourceful and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team at Air Products & Chemicals. This is a full-time remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, and we are looking for someone at the Associate level with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Working closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services - Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer success - Providing product training and support to customers as needed - Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Developing and implementing customer success strategies to increase retention and loyalty - Representing the voice of the customer within the company and advocating for their needs

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent presentation and research skills. You should also have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving customer satisfaction and success.
