Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Dick’s Sporting Goods. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience with our products and services. This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Dubai, AE.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer accounts, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Create and deliver customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve our products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and driven mindset - Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
