Job description: As a Customer Support Assistant at Fiserv, you will be responsible for providing remote assistance to customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing the company and striving to provide excellent service at all times.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting software problems, and providing solutions - Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and provide feedback to management - Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively - Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and technologies - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
