Customer Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Steel Dynamics is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Customer Support Associate to join our remote team in Dubai. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Collaborate with the sales team to address customer needs and concerns - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and complaints - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers - Follow company policies and procedures for customer support

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Ability to work remotely and independently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and customer needs - Confidence in dealing with challenging situations - Project management skills to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
