Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our team at Oneok. As a remote worker based in Dubai, AE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working independently from home. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Participate in training and development programs as needed
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Confidence and adaptability in a remote work setting - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Excellent planning and organizational abilities - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
