Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


Mubadala Development Company is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support role - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong negotiation and creativity skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
