Job Description - Digital Process / Service Designer

About The Job We are seeking a Digital Process / Service designer to join our team in Dubai (UAE). The ideal candidate will analyze and improve digital business processes and services, understand client needs, design efficient service solutions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to implement these solutions effectively. What You'll Do ❏ Analyze existing digital business processes: Identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. ❏ Design and develop digital service models: Enhance customer satisfaction through well-designed digital service models. ❏ Gather requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs. ❏ Document processes: Create detailed documentation of digital business processes, workflows, and system designs. ❏ Implement methodologies: Use digital service design tools to improve service delivery. ❏ Monitor and evaluate solutions: Assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions and make necessary adjustments. ❏ Provide support and training: Offer guidance to team members and clients on new digital processes and systems. Requirements ❏ Proficiency in digital service design tools and methodologies. ❏ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ❏ Experience with digital business process modeling and improvement techniques. ❏ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Preferably Arabic speaking.)❏ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ❏ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ❏ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. ❏ Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis and digital service design ❏ Available to work on-site In Dubai (UAE)❏ Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
