JOB DESCRIPTION NESSA.COM ( aims to be a one stop shop beauty platform that inspires and educates the average beauty enthusiast through offering an all-in-one technological solution to purchasing makeup and skincare products. Consumers derive convenience, accessibility and knowledge through the platform. Nessa provides an entire beauty experience, encouraging all the steps, starting from product discovery all the way to final acquisition. Overview: The Customer Care Executive is the point of contact with the customer and takes responsibility for ensuring all customer calls are handled in a timely, accurate manner and reflect the superlative levels of customer service that define the customer experience as per Nessa standards. Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Answer general customer inquiries thought calls, chat, emails until inquiry is closed. 2. Review orders on a daily basis for possible issues for fulfilment, address issues. 3. Manage customer accounts including assisting customers with information regarding their order history, returned shipments, order status, and all other standard requests received. 4. Maintain customer service log, tracking all incoming inquiries and detailing out customer requests, product defects, shipping errors, etc. 5. Maintain awareness of our process and KPI's and an understanding of performance evaluation relating to calls and KPI calculations 6. Interact with other agents and Customer Experience team members on a daily basis, sharing information and knowledge on customers' feedback and concerns7. Work with Operations to address and resolve store issues.
