In this role you have the opportunity to

Coordinate the end-to-end order management & fulfilment process for Versuni consumers ordering on the Versuni ecommerce platform, thereby being responsible for the daily operational excellence of order creation, order delivery and returns management.

You are responsible for

• Orchestrate the S&OE functions for the market to optimize customer fulfilment
• Oversee the S&OE activities to deliver the business goals for the market
• Identify deviations to performance and correcting with S&OE sub-functions
• Responsible for Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve customer experience and process reliability
• Secure accurate and timely order processing against customer needs, meanwhile ensuring sales are completely recognized
• Valuable data analysis for historical sales orders to support business growth
• Be a leader in managing and coordinating end to end operations, as the key central contact in market, across order-desk in Poland, customers across various countries, their forwarders/ transporters and warehouse operations, as well as KAM’s for timely execution and collection of orders, along with on time documentation
• Communicate with customers, Finance, and relevant stakeholders about the unfulfilled orders, follow up on uncompleted/backorders. Support the Business during critical moments of the month specially during month end and ensure support is provided during the weekend (Saudi Arabia works on Sunday)
• On time clearance and deliveries of all inbound shipments without any adverse impact to the business or it’s processes.
• Responsible for optimizing TPW (Transport Packaging Warehouse) costs for the district
• Integrate cross-functionally across the SC to increase operational excellence and customer value
• Leverage technology, process mapping and business analytics to improve performance

You are a part of
You will be part of the Supply Chain Team, which provides support to our clients from the METAR region.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational degree with relevant work experience
• At least 3 years of experience of Order Management within Operations 
• Knowledge of Logistics / supply chain 
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Strong customer service orientation and problem solving skills
• High-quality standards, excellent time management and organizational skills
• Communication skills in order to actively engage all relevant stakeholders
• Resilience to a fast-paced and pressured environment
• Very good knowledge of the English language
• A valid driving license is mandatory for this position
