Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary General Manager for our premier Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in SEO, Data Analytics, and Performance Marketing, with over 10 years of experience in the digital marketing sector. Demonstrated regional experience in the Middle East is crucial. This role demands a strategic leader capable of driving significant growth, managing elite teams, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Leadership:

  • Formulate and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to achieve and surpass business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a high-caliber team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of industry trends and technologies, positioning the agency as a market leader.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Guide the development and execution of advanced SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance and drive substantial traffic.
  • Ensure the team conducts in-depth analysis and optimization of website content and architecture for superior search engine visibility.
  • Oversee the monitoring and reporting of SEO performance, making high-level strategic adjustments to meet and exceed targets.

Data Analytics:

  • Lead the integration of sophisticated data analytics to steer marketing strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Supervise the deployment and management of advanced analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis to maximize marketing efficacy.

Performance Marketing:

  • Architect and oversee high-impact performance marketing campaigns across diverse digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display advertising).
  • Ensure campaigns are meticulously optimized for maximum ROI and conversion rates.
  • Direct the team in executing A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to continually enhance campaign performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients, deeply understanding their business needs and delivering customized marketing solutions.
  • Present sophisticated campaign strategies and performance insights to clients, offering strategic recommendations.
  • Drive high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention through exceptional service and results.

Talent Development:

  • Attract, develop, and retain top digital marketing talent.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set ambitious goals and KPIs for team members, conducting rigorous performance evaluations.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless processes and efficient workflows.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:
