Responsibilities
• Oversee and enhance the entire customer experience, from initial booking to the end of the charter • Coordinate and ensure the excellence of onboard services, including catering, activities, and special requests • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly • Lead and motivate the onboard team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery • Monitor and uphold service standards, implementing continuous improvements
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Guest Services Manager, ideally in the yacht charter, luxury hospitality, or similar sector • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service • Ability to effectively manage a team and coordinate onboard operations • Resilient and capable of handling stressful situations with professionalism • Experience in a client service management role in a luxury environment • Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus • Strong leadership and team management skills
