My client is part of a global business services organisation looking to recruit a HR & Admin Manager in a newly created position. The Role
As HR & Admin Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager on site. Your remit will be varied and will include the following duties: Implementation of of HR policies and procedures to ensure a smooth running of HR operations
Managing a team of around 10 (HR & Admin staff)
Responsible for recruitment internally
Managing and reviewing the compensation & benefits for the company
New employee onboarding
Performance management
Employee relations
HR reporting to GM and Group
Handling of all day to day issues within HR and Admin
Providing assistance within the contracts team when required

Job Skills

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria: 5 years minimum experience within a HR generalist management position - essential
Knowledge of UAE labour laws - essential
Excellent communication skills - essential
Educated in Europe - essential
Fluent in English - essential, Fluent in French - highly desirable
Confident personality and can work in a fast paced environment - essential
