IT Systems Engineer

Charterhouse is working with a reputable global Law Firm who is looking to expand its IT Services department in the UAE office. They are currently looking to hire an experienced IT Systems Engineer to support the IT functions. This is a great opportunity to join a global company that is growing in the Middle East. This role will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance and support the end-users within the business. The IT Systems Engineer will be required to respond to user enquires and technical issues through various channels, such as F2F, ticketing solutions (ServiceNow), phone, making sure tickets are logged and updated correctly. In addition, this role will also troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and any network problems in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have previous experience within legal, professional services or related field. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Windows 10 & 11, Office 365 and Exchange. Proficiency in the desk software ServiceNow, would also be advantageous. Our client is looking for a proactive IT Systems Engineer who has a focus on customer experience. The candidate should have previous experience supporting over 75+ end users. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal are essential for this position.
