First Data is seeking a reliable and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Entry Level Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong leadership and research skills, as well as a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Monitor and respond to customer feedback and concerns - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
