Progressive is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Representative to join our remote team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional customer service through live chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns. 3. Use persuasion techniques to promote company products and services to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and regularly participate in training sessions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with customers. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 5. Persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers. 6. Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently. 7. Proficiency in typing and computer skills. 8. Prior experience with live chat software is a plus.
