NOC Service Assurance Lead

• 15+ years of experience working as a NOC Service Assurance Lead
• Experienced with quality assurance, service assurance management, service governance, and Office 365
• Skilled in ITSM processes including management systems i.e. ISMS, BCMS, and QMS
• Strong knowledge of compliance standards & regulations e.g. ISO27001, ISO9001 etc.

Nice to Have:

• ITIL certification
