Your Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing activities
• Acquisition of properties for sale and rent
• Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value
• Providing customers with assistance throughout the entire sales process
• Prepare necessary documentation to complete transactions
• Develop network to become an area specialist in your community
• Keep up to date with market trends and best practices

Qualifications

Requirements

• Knowledge of sales techniques with at least 2 years in a property sales role within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi
• Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
• Ability to work independently with great dedication
• Strong communication skills – written and spoken English is a must, Arabic is a plus
• Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team
• Must have your own car and a valid UAE driver’s license

Experience:

• Property Sales: 2 years (Required)
