Job Description - Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and quality of incoming calls, outgoing calls, emails and chats.
  • Determine weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve.
  • Ensure compliance with company's quality systems.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Offer daily feedback via verbal & written communication.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of products, including performance and functional requirements of call centre.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills - ARABIC & ENGLISH
  • Excellent Computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office tools)
  • Experience in the customer service space
  • Proven track record of analytical skills
  • Great people skills and ability to communicate (negative) feedback
  • Good organizational skills, knowledgeable in goal-setting practices
