• They are now looking for a Development Manager to join their team.

Role Description:

• Oversee property development projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Negotiate contracts and leases
• Maintain relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of UAE construction regulations and industry standards.
• Preferably based in the UAE
• Proven track record in delivering high-end hotel and luxury projects.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
