Job Description:
Our client is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first pointof contact for their company. The Receptionist will greet visitors, answer incomingcalls, and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidatewill have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention todetail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous andprofessional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriateperson or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and conference room reservationsas needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry,filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smoothoperations.
- Provide general administrative support to the office asneeded.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customerservice role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability tointeract professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in afast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional appearance and demeanour.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry or relatedfield.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phonesystems and printers.
