Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Account Support Manager to join our team at Dana Holding in Abu Dhabi. The Account Support Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for account growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key customer accounts - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for account growth and new business development - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and initiatives - Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet sales and revenue targets - Monitor account performance and key metrics to track progress towards goals - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7 years of experience in account management or customer support roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with strategic planning and account management software is a plus
