Account Support Manager

Our company, Expeditors International of Washington, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team in Dubai, AE. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

As an Account Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic solutions - Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and meet client expectations - Analyzing client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets - Leading client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating our services and value proposition - Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on client performance and sales activities

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following requirements:

- Confident and driven personality, with a strong ability to build relationships and persuade clients - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
