Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

As a Remote Account Support Manager at Windstream Holdings, your primary responsibility will be to manage and support a portfolio of accounts remotely from our office in Abu Dhabi, AE. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of accounts remotely, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs and expectations. 5. Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients on key metrics. 6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Windstream Holdings. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. 8. Provide training and support to clients on how to use Windstream Holdings' products and services effectively. 9. Attend regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss strategy, and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or customer support. 3. Resilient and driven personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment. 4. Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively convey information to clients. 5. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 6. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. 7. Experience working with remote teams and clients is a plus. 8. Ability to adapt to change and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
