Job Description:
As an Account Support Manager at PNC Financial Services Group, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall success of the sales team. This role requires a high level of independence, confidence, and innovation to effectively meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.
Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with key client accounts - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals - Work closely with the sales team to develop account strategies and drive revenue - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth - Provide ongoing support to clients, including troubleshooting issues and answering inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services - Track and report on key metrics to measure account performance and success - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or related field - Strong planning and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Confidence to navigate complex client relationships and negotiations - Innovative mindset to develop creative solutions for client challenges - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
