Account Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an Account Support Officer at Dubai Media City. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is independent and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team in maintaining client relationships - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic account plans - Conduct market analysis and research to support account management efforts - Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders - Coordinate with different departments within the company to ensure client needs are met - Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements: - Energetic and proactive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
