Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Precision Castparts is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This position is perfect for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role who possess emotional intelligence and strong research skills. As an Associate Level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team, assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to help identify new business opportunities. 3. Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other documentation for clients. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth. 5. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained in the company database. 6. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 7. Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise. 8. Prepare reports and presentations on account performance and participate in client meetings as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 3. Excellent research skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
