Account Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Cummins is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support and assistance for account-related inquiries and issues - Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and escalations - Prepare reports, analyze data, and provide insights to improve account performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to customers - Make independent decisions to address customer needs and drive business growth

Requirements: - Proven experience in account support or related customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and hardworking attitude to handle challenging situations - Ability to make sound decisions and think creatively to solve problems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
